Due to the ongoing pandemic guidelines we now have to introduce an appointment system. It’s an
almost impossible position for us as we have always worked on customers feeling free to just drop in
any time they want. So we have to try and make the most of the available time now. Our opening times
are being changed, and we will be doing staggered appointments to maximise the time for customer
visits. As usual, we don’t place any sales pressure and you are free to simply try things on, but we
prefer it if you have at least the intention of buying if you see something you like.
There are some conditions and restrictions to the appointments and these are laid out on the
Appointments Page from the menu.
If your planned visit is really expected to take longer than the time-slot then it may be best to take the
last appointment of the working day as we will never abandon you. Neither will you be abandoned if
you overun a normal appointment slot, even if it overlaps with another appointment.
We will still accomodate those ladies who visit without an appointment as long as we can apply the
proper social distancing requirements

We have made a self choice appointment system so you can arrange your own visit. Walk-in casual visits without an appointment are still an option, but please call the shop beforehand if at all possible 0191 5273945 - or 0191 5873609 (the home office).
